About Me

My name is Kayla Wolff, OTR and I am an Occupational Therapist from Wisconsin. I have a background as a collegiate athlete who's love of structure and control developed into disordered eating and fitness patterns in my late 20s.

​

Eventually, I found Intuitive Eating which provided me a way to improve my mental health and pursue health without obsession. I not only improved my relationship with my body, but also with my family. I feel proud to be setting a more healthy example for my children and to have the mental space to do the things I want to do in life.

I love learning about habits and health as well as teaching others and I want to share this amazing concept with you. 

 

I combined my love of learning, Intuitive Eating, and habits and created The Intuitive OT.
